The Group comprises of strategically positioned subsidiaries and associate companies principally engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of plastic products, pharmaceutical products, bottled water, milling of steel, assembly, sales and servicing of motor vehicles, and aviation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Create business strategies and a sales strategy for the territory that will guarantee the company's profitability and achievement of its sales targets.
  • In charge of the Medical Sales Representatives in your territory's performance, development, coaching, discipline, and rewards.
  • Helps Medical Sales Representatives with the planning of their clinical and sales presentations.
  • Staying informed about Dana products and rivals
  • Attending to a few significant clientele.
  • Facilitating the operations of pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria; o Engaging in public corporate responsibility and advocacy initiatives.
  • Individuals and the team should prepare action plans for efficiently locating sales leads and prospects.
  • Launches and supervises the creation of action plans to break into new markets.
  • Provides assistance as required in the creation and execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • B. Pharm
  • 5-10 years proven experience as a Sales Manager within the southwest territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Candidate must be proficient in the use of MS Office, G-Suite And Tally
  • Strong command of pharmaceutical wholesale through all sales and distribution channels (retail, open market, patent medicine vendors, private & public institutions)

Salary Range
N250,000 - N260,000 / month.
