Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently, we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Controlling company and project documentation.
  • Electronic organization and distribution of documents within the company.
  • Following and improving document control procedures.
  • Maintaining documentation retention policy.

Requirements

  • Educational Background (Degree): B.Sc / HND in Science / Social Science or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role .
  • IT Knowledge Required:  Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Internet Skills.
  • Primary Skills: Interpersonal Skill.

Knowledge of:

  • ISO 9001 QMS requirements
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management System.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Document Management.
  • Data Organization and Storage.
  • Project Planning.
  • Project documentation.
