We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Flight Operations Controller
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Flight Operations Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing flight operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our clients' missions.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control flight operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with flight crews, ground services, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient and timely flight operations.
Work closely with aviation authorities to obtain necessary permits and clearances for international flights.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight operations activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to flight operations.
Analyze and interpret flight plans, weather data, and other relevant information to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to ensure the smooth execution of flights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field or equivalent.
Previous experience in flight operations coordination or a similar role within the aviation industry.
Familiarity with aviation regulations, including but not limited to ICAO and local authorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently with little or no supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic environment.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 monthly.
