About the Job

  • We are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to be the supportive force to the CM.
  • The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate wil will provide support on projects

About You

  • We are currently looking for an Personal Assistant to be the supportive force to the CM

As  a Personal Assistant you will:

  • Oversee various administrative tasks
  • Manage all correspondences on all communication channels
  • Support and manage travel itinerary & logistics
  • Event, Meeting & Calendar Management
  • Support in various projects as advised
  • Manage company travel & hotel bookings

Profile Required

  • A Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Personal/Executive Assistant
  • Agile
  • Administrative skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, speaking French is a +
  • People management
  • Project Management
  • Stakeholder Management
