Cargo Inspection and Freight Limited is a reputable Company incorporated in Nigeria to provides Cargo Inspections, Tallying and General Marine Surveys to Shipping Companies, importers/exporters, insurance companies etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support
  • Manage communication through multiple channels
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Assist with scheduling and meetings
  • Handle inquiries and greet visitors
  • Coordinate travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to work on some bank holidays and weekends
  • Preferably a woman living within Mushin, Apapa, or its environs
