Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

About the Role

We're seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our growing team!
You'll play a vital role in crafting visually stunning and innovative designs that elevate the Buybetter Cosmetics brand across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design:

Develop compelling design concepts for marketing materials, including packaging design, social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Create high-quality product mockups and packaging layouts.
Design engaging infographics and data visualizations.

Brand Identity:

Maintain brand consistency across all design elements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to translate brand strategy
into visually impactful design solutions.
Explore new design trends and innovation to keep the Buybetter Cosmetics brand image fresh and modern.

User Experience (UX) Design:

Contribute to the user experience (UX) design of the Buybetter Cosmetics website and e-commerce platform.
Ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for customers across all digital touchpoints.

Software Proficiency:

Adept in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of web design principles and potentially UI/UX design software (a plus).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, with a focus on beauty and cosmetics industry experience (a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Proven ability to translate brand strategy into creative and visually appealing designs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
