Requirements

• Culinary Degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience working as a Sous Chef, Line Cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
