We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Entry-level)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the purchasing process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Requirements
Education:

B.Sc / High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional training or coursework in customer service or related fields is advantageous.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations or customers.
Multitasking capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

Other Requirements:

Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial, depending on the customer base served.
Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Remunerations

Salary: N90,000 - N100,000 / month (Competitive salary).
