Job Description

The Engineer Management Development Program is designed to prepare participants, Engineer Trainees, for future management opportunities within the Valaris Operations group.
Our 2.5 year development program is designed to fast-track in an immersive experience through hands-on offshore rotational exposure, international assignments, leadership training, and program projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Completes mandatory training to work offshore
Completes program requirements including but not limited to:
- Work corresponding with each developmental phase of the program
- Reports, projects and presentations as required by the program
- Company competency program
Demonstrates effective leadership skills and practices throughout each assignment

Qualifications and Education

Engineering degree from an accredited university; principal focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Structural or Marine is preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited maritime institution
Ability to work offshore in a global rig environment for extended periods of time

Sound analytical and planning skills
