Arik Air is a wholly-owned Nigerian airline with a commitment to the people of Nigeria to deliver new standards in aviation. It operates mainly from two hubs at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

Arik Air is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Vice President, Finance

Job specifications:

  •     Direct and oversee all financial activities of the Airline
  •     Liaison with financial institutions and external bodies
  •     Monitor financial parameters and KPI’s
  •     Prepare statutory financial reports
  •     Design, implement and review accounting procedures
  •     Coordinate budget preparation
  •     Tax planning and tax management


Requirements:

  •     At least a first degree in Finance or related discipline
  •     Chartered Accountant, member of ICAN, ACCA etc
  •     Outstanding leadership and managerial skills A result oriented personality with good understanding of the aviation industry. Excellent business communication skills
  •     Ability to work well under pressure
  •     Aged between 35-50 years
  •     Over 15 year’s professional experience some of which should have been acquired in aviation or allied sector.
