Wire-Teks International Company Limited is a Nigerian based company  with specialist interest in the field of Energy, Engineering, Environmental, Transportation and Logistics Services. The company also engages in the procurement and supply of electrical, technical, and/or products related to the above field in order to meet the needs of our esteem clients and prospective customers both in Rivers State, Nigeria in general and West African at Large.

Wire-Teks is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Senior Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Qualification and Experience:

  •     Minimum of Bsc / B.Eng in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation or its equivalent.
  •     Minimum of 10 years in an Engineering Organization in a similar design position.


Requirements

  •     Good knowledge of HSE - work permit system, safelty talks, incident analysis etc,
  •     Ability to develop design / modify integrated HV and LV electrical systems
  •     Ability to develop design of integrated instrumentation systems inbcluding Process Control and Shutdown systems.
  •      QA/QC documentation and review of Engineering documentation.
  •     Acquaitance with international standards: IEC, API, BS, IEEE, IP Codes, NEC, NACE, ISO, etc.
  •     Working knowledge of Autocad and relevant Engineering design software is an advantage.
