Global Rainbowbird Partners - Our client, a household name in Table and Sachet Water Production and Distribution, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Female Accounts Clerk
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Reconcile all cash, transfer, and POS transactions
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Head of Accounts.
- Ensure compliance with established controls and policies Perform other related duties as may be assigned
- Provide accounting and clerical support to accounts department
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner.
- Daily input of key financial transactions.
- Provide assistance and support to the company’s management and personnel.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting or Associate Accounting Technician (AAT)
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic Accounting procedures
- Experience with water production operations will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge and use of MS Office packages, such as Excel.
- Accuracy and attention to details
- MUST reside at Oshodi, Lagos.
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / month
