Composite Construction is a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Back Office Construction Projects Coordination Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all activities are on track.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and updates.
  • Handle procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Support the project team in the implementation of project management tools and software.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Quantity Survey, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
