Job Description

As a Brand Communication and Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive our marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our messaging is consistent across all platforms and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and social media channels.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments based on performance metrics.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to boost brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
Manage and oversee content creation for the website, blogs, social media, and other marketing collateral.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing strategy, or related roles.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to assess and improve marketing performance.
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under minimal supervision.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
