UNILAG Microfinance Bank Limited is a leading provider of financial services to the Youth, Young Professionals and MSMEs in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead, Saving Mobilization Team

Location: Akoka, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Identify new markets and prospects for increased market penetration and growth in market share.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to win target markets and undertake study to identify market trends.
  • Provide recommendations and market feedbacks for better service delivery, increased productivity and optimal performance
  • Daily follow up of saving customers and driving the marketing activities of the saving group/DMOs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing or deposit mobilization in a Microfinance Bank or related industry.
  • Understanding of Regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong ethical awareness and commitment to professional standards.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
