Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position of:
Job Title: Specialist Regional/Tactical Sponsorship
Job Location: Lagos, NG
Job Summary:
Support identification and evaluation of appropriate sponsorship targets for Etisalat Nigeria (with a focus on regions)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Review and identify appropriate sponsorship opportunities and proffer recommendations for the attention of the Manager-Sponsorship
- Develop leverage plans for sponsorship activities, highlighting potential returns on investment and proffering recommendations for the attention of the Manager-Sponsorship
- Ensure creation of adequate advertising opportunities within identified sponsorship targets in order to enhance Etisalat Nigeria's brand promotion, recognition and popularity
- Implement the regional sponsorship programmes and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelines
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders - including events managers
- Manage inter-functional relationships to ensure synergies are achieved in the execution of all relevant sponsorship activities
- Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager-Sponsorship
- Liaise with the Corporate portal team to ensure adequate online capture of all Etisalat sponsorship initiatives
- Attend team/ divisional/ departmental meetings as and when required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager-Sponsorship
Required Competencies/Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree
- Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant to post-NYSC work experience - in an advertising/ sponsorship and experiential marketing agency or telco
- Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong results orientation
