We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: Head of High School

Ref: EZ-HOS-01
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Role/Responsibilities:

• Have a strategic view of successfully developing and improving the school.
• Advise the governing body on the formation of its policies and their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Masters degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Experience of Deputy Headship or Headship Experience of managing, developing, inspiring and motivating staff.
• Experience of implementing effective pupil tracking systems to ensure that pupils of all levels of ability achieve their full potential.
• Experience of financial management .
• Experience of working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders and an understanding of extended schools agenda High personal standards of integrity and probity Enthusiasm, vision, drive, adaptability and resilience.
• Be confident, positive and approachable.
• Commitment to continued personal and professional development.
• Advocate a sound educational philosophy, with the ability to translate into practice.
• Ability to create a learning culture which is recognised by staff, parents and pupils
