Prot Consulting Limited is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Description
A fashion house requires the services of qualified individuals to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the front desk/reception
  • Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
  • Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
  • Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
  • Handling general enquires and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
  • Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
  • Data management activities


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND in any related discipline
  • Cheerful personality
  • Accounting experience is added advantage
  • At least 1 - 3 years' experience
  • Must have good negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate
