Job Vacancy at a Reputable Agricultural Consortium

Our client a successful construction consortium divesting into farming in Ibogun-Ilugboro village near Ifo, Ogun State requires the services of self-driven, experienced and highly motivated farm workers in the following categories:

A) Part-time Veterinary Doctor  ( Ref: VET DOC 001)

Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of integrated farming for piggery, poultry, turkey, grass cutter and snail.
  • He or she must have hands-on experience of various breeds, stages of growth, challenges, diseases, vaccination and solutions required at every stage.
  • Suitable candidate will assist with setting up and managing the farm in every ramification.
  • Professional fee will be commensurate with advice.


B) Resident Farm Manager
 
Ref: FM002

Qualifications:

  • Experienced and self-motivated professional with good working knowledge of integrated farming in the following areas piggery, poultry, turkey and grass cutter and snail.
  • Candidate must show considerable understanding and experience with start-ups, organizational management and control mechanism in a farm settlement.

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive with resident farm vehicle attached.


C) Resident Farm Attendants  Ref: FA 003)

Qualification

  • Good working knowledge of any of the animals and snail in term of feeding, tending and cleaning the farmhouse and environment.

Remuneration
Salary is competitive with incentives.

D) Accountant    

Ref: ACCT 004

Qualifications:

  • Experienced accountant with three years working experience in an audit firm
  • Considerable understanding of cash flow management, inventory management and control will be an added advantage.


E) Marketing Officer 

Ref: 005

Qualifications:

  • Experienced marketer of farm produce
  • Considerable contacts and ready-made distributors of farm produce.
