Christopher-Kings & Associates Limited - Our client, a fast growing communications firm in Abuja, requires the service of a resourceful and experienced Clients Services Executive to fill this position immediately.
Job Title: Client Services Executive

Job Location: Abuja
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with changes request forms.
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to the Managing Director.
- Project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
- Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
- Manage project development from initiation to closure.
- Be accountable for project results along with project sponsor.
- Design, develop and deliver presentations and proposals on behalf of the company.
- Contribute to the development and driving of business development initiatives and execute marketing strategies
- Assist in the development of project plans and the coordination of the company's projects.
- Contributing to product development and service development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must have a University degree or HND in Business or a related field.
- 2-3 years cognate experience in Customer Services / Project Management.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office application software package.
- Excellent business awareness skills.
- Ability to understand implications of business decision.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; Respond well to customer queries; Able to establish and cultivate relationships with company clients.
- Presentation and proposal development skills.
- Report writing, proposal and presentation development skills
- Ability to deliver presentations in front of varying audiences.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
- Research Skills: Ability to develop innovative approaches and ideas.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 25-37 years.
