A fast food industry require the services of the following:

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

a.) Executive Chef

b.) Chef

Requirements

  • Suitable candidates for the above positions must be sound, versatile and competent in production operation and kitchen administration and must be able to take responsibility for the entire production department of the company.
  • Candidates for the above positions must have B.Sc/HND or minimum of OND in the relevant field.
  • Must have worked in a five star Hotel or a reputable catering services company as Executive Chef or Chef for at least 2 years.
  • Must also have specialized in Continental and African Food.


c.) Cooks

Requirements

  • Must have minimum of School certificate and catering certificate with at least 2 years in Catering experience from any reputable hospitality industry.


d.) Front Sales Personnel

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess OND or NCE or Catering School Certificate.
  • Candidate with Food Service experience shall be of added advantage.


e.) Cake Producers / Decorators

Requirements

  • Must have minimum of OND in hotel management or NCE or Catering School Certificate.
  • Must have worked in similar capacity for not less than 1 year as specialist in cake baking and decoration.
  • Must work with minimum supervision to achieve excellent result.
