We are looking to employ a goal-driven and experienced Business Development Executive to identify and implement business growth strategies
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Engaging with executives to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Creating and improving proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Collaborating with sales and account team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Strong business acumen.
- B2B marketing skills
- Great leadership skills.
- Must be Internet Savvy.
- Top-notch analytical skills and must have an eye for details.
