Job Description
- Act as site representative providing guidance and interface with client for all company activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to other company personnel (QA/QC, Safety, etc)
- Ensure all company activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and in line with applicable standards
- Interface with other company personnel/locations (fabrication yard(s), warehouse, engineering office, project team, as appropriate
- Provide day to day oversight of the manufacturing, assembly and testing of the subsea production system equipment
- Coordinates and provides assistance/guidance as needed to the contractor during all system completions/pre-commissioning activities
- Provide oversight review to ensure safe execution of all projects including pre-commissioning related work scope
- HXT Flat Pack Build - Build plan and assembly procedure, FAT/EFAT test procedure review to ensure compliance with relevant industry specification and EM GP's
- Conduct third party inspection, witness and surveillance requirements in cooperation with QA /QC function
- Monitor equipment assembly to ensure quality workmanship, compliance with contractor build plan, assembly procedures and industry best practices
- Witness all equipment FAT and EFAT testing to ensure relevance to specification and acceptance criteria
- Subject matter expert and resource to project team in respect of mechanical completions, pre-commissioning
- Manufacturing Record Book review for correctness and completeness
- Assembly and test workshop safety supervision
- Single point of interface , coordination with client and operations team
- Supervise Site Receipt Testing of all shipped loose equipment to include but not limited to the following
- Hydraulic Flying Lead, Electrical Flying Lead, Christmas tree ,Subsea Control Module, tubing Hanger
- Provide subsea assets testing and other subsea system pre-commissioning assistance during subsea system installation campaign offshore
- A detailed knowledge of subsea manufacturing, inspection techniques, equipment & methodologies employed in these activities
- A detailed knowledge of Quality Management Systems and planning principles
- A detailed working knowledge of the design & operation of subsea equipment including Trees, Manifolds, and connection systems
- The ability to identify, analyze and respond to project opportunities, risks and uncertainties
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent PC literacy with advance Microsoft applications.
