Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Pan - Nigeria
- Managing the overall performance of the regional sales team towards the attainment of business objectives.
- Develop and implement the annual sales plan.
- Also responsible for ensuring profitable returns on all company products sold through the various strategic business units - retail, C&I. Lubricants, Depots, etc
- Identify and evaluate new business and retail channel opportunities.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans In line with the Company’s corporate objectives.
- Coordinate, supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets.
- Train and develop sales team in the region.
- Good university degree in any related discipline.
- An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 13 years cognate experience in professional selling, preferably in Downstream Oil & Gas or FMCG Industry with at least 7 years at a managerial level.
- Good knowledge of MS office applications.
