Our multi-discipline engineering group supports drilling, production, completions, and pipeline operations. Other functions include foundation services and cutting-edge mechanical testing.

PPI Technology Services is recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Ref: 200

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage and administer company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation
  • Review incoming contracts from customers and vendors, and coordinate with company stakeholders to produce redline responses
  • Lead or support negotiations of pending contracts with customers and vendors
  • Experience managing contracts within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and condition
  • Coordinate with Managers and outside counsel as necessary to ensure the legal sufficiency of contracts
  • Assist with routine confidentiality agreements, joint development agreements, and licensing agreements
  • Track contract compliance, and update and renew contracts as required by company
  • Knowledge of drilling equipment and uses and knowledge of drilling practices and procedures
  • Experience with additional training in contract law a plus.
  • Paralegal + advanced commercial contracts manager certification (CCCM) a plus.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering.
  • 5 to 20 years related experience and/or training.
