Job Title: IT Project Delivery & Demand Manager
Job Location: Kampala,Uganda
Job Description
- Lead IT Project & Demand Management Delivery (Full SDLC Life Cycle)
- Review and provide directions to Business Analyst & Solution Architect
Responsibilities
- Deal with Vendors for Vendor Delivery Escalations
- Manage customer including the CIO and CXO levels
- Contribute on strategic IT initiatives of the operator (customer)
- Supervise Team (Project Mangers, SA, BA, Test Manager) on their job functions
Implement Processes
- Farm account (help the account manager) for new business opportunities
- Participate & Conduct review meetings
- Deal with vendor & customer escalations
- Governance and Reporting Supervision
Requirements
- 16+ years of IT Experience in IT project delivery & IT operations:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as the Program Manager
- Minimum 3 full cycle delivery project experience as Delivery Manger
- Minimum 3 year of experience in IT Operations on BSS/OSS Stack (Knowledge on IN
- preferable)
- Minimum 2 year of experience of Service Delivery Management (Customer Facing)
- Preferable to have knowledge on VAS
- Preferable to have a BA & SA background
- Preferable to have managed Demand Management
- Preferable to have Vendor Management Background
- Telecom E2E Process and Product knowledge
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project (mpp)
- Preference: Past Experience of CXO Level Engagement Handling
- Preference: Past Experience of Operation
- Long Term onsite Stay, preferably with family
