Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Qualification
- Minimum first degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of successful experience as Customer Service Officer.
- Bold, composed, problem solver, proactive with a 'can-do' mind set.
- Must have excellent organizational, planning & reporting skills.
- Perfect command of English language with Microsoft Office proficiency.
