Human Leadership Resources – Our client , a wholly owned indigenous E&P Company, operating from its own 10, 000bbls crude processing station (flow-station), is currently expanding its operations and consequently looking to recruit strategic and positive minded individuals to fill the following positions:
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Location: Delta, Lagos State
Responsibilities
- Coordinates, monitors, directs and controls production activities in wells, flow stations and shipment while maximally optimizing their performance/productivity
- Provide effective supervision of all field production and shipment equipment to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a timely manner and at optimum conditions all the time
- Ensuring Company’s production and shipment targets are met in accordance with best oilfield practices
Competencies
- Possess the ability to efficiently collate and evaluate crude production and injection figures.
- Attention to details; interpersonal skills; good cost management abilities, Integrity, leadership skills; problem solving skills; and the relevant technical knowledge
Qualifications
- A good degree in B.Eng./Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Reservoir Engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 10 years post professional Engineering qualification experience in continuous oil and gas field production with 3 years as a supervisor
