We are recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Title: Project Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Perform building maintenance duties to ensure maximum availability and optimum performance of building system and equipment in line with the approved guidelines of the Maintenance Department. This includes but not limited to implementing and supervising maintenance procedures
  • Contribute to the maintenance of CSTC building by inspecting and ensuring a regular preventive maintenance is carried out on our facilities
  • Develop building services drawings for minor renovations and projects
  • Develop cost forecast for building services installations
  • Go to the field to observe the project implementation and how impact of the project
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders


Requirements

  • Project Management and Analytical skills
  • Technical knowledge of building maintenance services
  • An eye for thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Disposition for continuous learning, improvement an
  • Work experience: 3
  • Highest qualification: B.Eng
