Responsibilities
- Contribute to the maintenance of CSTC building by inspecting and ensuring a regular preventive maintenance is carried out on our facilities
- Perform building maintenance duties to ensure maximum availability and optimum performance of building system and equipment in line with the approved guidelines of the Maintenance Department. This includes but not limited to implementing and supervising maintenance procedures
- Record, process and implement approved orders relating to required building materials within specific limits under general supervision
- Analyze tenders and recommend project cost saving strategies
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule of maintenance life cycle of building services installations.
- Provide accurate cost forecasting for building services
Requirements
- Disposition for continuous learning, improvement and trainability
- Technical knowledge and ability to use AutoCAD
- Analytical skills
- Technical knowledge of building services
- Highest qualification: B.Eng
- Work experience: 3
