The Federal Polytechnic Offa is recruiting to fill the following position:

Job Title: Director, Physical Planing and Projects Development

Job Location: Kwara

Responsibilities
The Director Physical Planning and Projects is responsible to the Rector for the day-to-day running of the Physical Planning Department and for implementing, on behalf of Rector, the physical planning and project policies

 

Requirements

  • Applicant for the post of the Director Physical Planning and Projects is expected to hold a good Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution of higher learning plus, at least, 17 years cognate experience or a holder of Masters Degree in Architecture plus, at least, 15 years cognate experience.
  • The applicant must register with the relevant regulatory body as well as be a member of relevant professional association
  • Applicant must not be more than 55 years old at the time of assumption of duty and must presently hold a position not less than CONTEDISS 14 in similar organization or corresponding relevant positions in the Public Service
  • The applicant must also be computer literate.
