Taafoo- We are an online retail service that enables individuals to shop through our platform and for merchants to reach those individuals who visit our site. Taafoo.com is based at Oregun, Lagos, Nigeria and is wholly owned by Nigerians living in Nigeria.

 We are looking for suitably qualified individuals to fill the underlisted position :

Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Description
Responsible for providing support to both the in store and online retail operations of taafoo.com ensuring operational efficiency, increasing productivity and maximizing income.
 
Main Responsibilities

  • Manage & support the activities of the In store Retail, Online Retail, Technology, Supply Chain and Office management teams.
  • Manage activities that enhance top line sales, store productivity and bottom line profitability.
  • Ensure through and up to date knowledge of the retail industry, including competitors, retail partner performance and consumer trends.
  • Define and manage operational and technical policies and procedures.
  • Identify, propose and assist with roll-out of growth strategies for retail.
  • Assist HR in recruiting, inducting, and developing retail team members.
  • Promote a customer-focus retail operation.
  • Analyze management information including EPOS data to maximize performance, seize opportunities and make informed management decisions.
  • Manage the warehouse operation.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supplies and identify methods of stock regeneration.
  • Assist with shaping brand strategy and marketing activities.
  • Build effective relationships with retail partners.
  • Identify opportunities through consumer insights and analytics to drive business performance.


Requirements

  • Strong financial background or experience.
  • 3-5 yrs experience in retailing.
  • 5-8 yrs experience in management.
