Job Description
- Control of Project Accounts, including Cost control, ROE, Billing and account receivable.
- Adherence to Siemens Cost to Cost method of percentage of completion accounting and SOA internal controls.
- Monthly forecasting in terms of PoC Sales and Gross Profit.
- Contractual support.
- Monthly project meetings as well as attendance of all Project Meetings with client.
- Preparation of Project Review meeting documentation together with the Project Manager.
- Effectively works through others in order to accomplish objectives or fulfill responsibilities, has continuous dialogue especially with subordinates and colleagues to form a common understanding and to ensure full impact of measures.
- Has an organized approach to check on the progress of tasks and projects, steps in when necessary to regain control.
- Responsible for adherence to all internal, external and corporate policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Collection cash from customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment entailing accounting principles, Project Commercial Management and Contract Management.
- Ability to lead by example in terms of compliance issues and dedication to the project.
- Experience in working in and leading a multicultural organization with employees from different cultures and languages required.
