Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Office Assistant
Location: Garki 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are looking for a reliable office assistant who will be a first point of contact for visitors, perform clerical duties, manage general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly, and ensure other team members have adequate support to work efficiently.
- Mailing and filing correspondence, answering calls, data entry etc.
- Interacting with clients, visitors, and vendors
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing appropriate documents
- Maintaining accurate records of guest visits and entering data
- Coordinating with various teams and reserving meeting rooms and equipment for customer visits and staff meetings.
- B.Sc Degree with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as an office assistant / Front Desk Officer / Data Entry Clerk.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exposure to formal education of a distinct level
- Excellent Diction & Receptiveness
- A pleasing/ warm personality
- Strong communication skills.
