Responsibilities

  • Identify all potential prospects within the activity portfolio of the company
  • Boost business and market development through developing, adjusting and successfully implementing sales and market concepts
  • Meet with existing and prospect customers to develop effective working relationships and identify and obtain further their future programs
  • Pro-actively identify and approach new customers and business opportunities
  • Establish and keep relationship with key clients which are the Oil and Gas companies EPC contractors
  • Initiate and coordinate meetings and events related to business promotion
  • Agree with Management the strategy to achieve sales targets and follow the set strategy punctually
  • Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
  • Provide feedback to appropriate Senior/group management on the status of customers business, changes in their requirements and organization so as to ensure that existing and future contracts and bids can be delivered in the most efficient and effective way
  • Provide detailed updates and forecasts on changes in client and competitor status and activity to ensure that business opportunities are fully exploited

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Business administration or marketing, MBA is an added advantage
  • 8 years work experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales or business development
  • Knowledge of coating and industrial painting would be a plus
  • Dedicated, motivated, enthusiastic
  • Strong negotiating skill is essential
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic and creative
  • Strong target orientation
  • Corporate presentation, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the marine sector is an added advantage
