Job Description:
•Guide/supervise requirements analysis activities within the business
•Identify and/or audit product proposals, business requirements, existing policies and technologies
•Lead development / documentation/ enhancement of business processes
•Manage business process improvement initiatives especially with regards to product development
•Evaluate PPPs and continually find ways to streamline PPP’s and align them to international best practice.
•Lead business and impact analysis on enterprise architecture projects and Marketing product development and produce required documentation to facilitate design.
•Evaluate business requirements and serve as internal consultant to the business during product and project initiation requiring new or modified applications.
•Articulate various aspects of MTNN business and business drivers to other departments e.g. Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Customer Relations etc
Job Conditions: Standard MTNN office environment. Often required to work extra hours to achieve objectives
Reporting To: Product Development Manager
Required Skills:
•At least 4 years general business experience, including:
•Formal business analysis, automated function process and data modelling experience
•Business analysis experience in a Customer Care or Marketing environment is an added advantage
•Project management experience and exposure to formal requirements, design processes and enterprise architecture frameworks e.g. NGOSS is a distinct advantage

Qualification:
A first degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or related field from a reputable institution.
