Globacom Limited is Nigeria's Second National Operator with license covering GSM, Broadband, and Gateway Services. The company also has subsidiaries in the Republic of Benin, Ghana and other West African Countries. In its quest to further strengthen and expand operations, the Company desires to recruit experienced and highly skilled individuals to fill some positions in the Information Systems Department.

We are currently recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Seibel Application Administrators

Ref: SPM
 

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily Operations, Administration & Maintenance (OAM) and support of business applications (CRM, IP Contact Centre).
  • Ensure applications are fully functional and performing optimally.
  • Configure application parameters.
  • Partake in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Operation Readiness Tests (ORT).
  • Responsible for software upgrades and patches.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and any other related field.
  • Relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Project Management/Programming Management.
  • Good understanding of Call Centre Operations and trends in the telecommunication industry.
  • Good knowledge of Siebel CRM, IP contact Centre, Windows, Unix, Oracle RDBMS and networking fundamentals.
