Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Senior Architect, the architectural draftsman is technically responsible for architectural drawings, their accuracy and on-time delivery. The position requires thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural CAD based software.
The main mission of the position is to perform architectural layout, details and shop drawings.
Architectural layouts and detailed drawings.
Drafting of layout and shop drawings for buildings and civil structures.

 

Requirements

  • Must hold a HND or OND in Civil Architectural related works or in a related discipline
  • Having a previous experience in architectural layout drawings is also an advantage
  • Should have 5 O’ level credit including English and mathematics
  • Has expert knowledge in AutoCAD and other common software in architectural design
  • Must be authorised to work in Nigeria and should have finished NYAC.
  • Is a self-starter and can work independently
  • Demonstrates excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in oral and written English
