Blue Mahogany Limited is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Draughtman

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Liaise with design department to obtain clear specifications
  • Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs.
  • Visit to job sites for measurements and represent them in drawings.
  • Create 3D visuals for Projects.
  • Create animations with 3D models generated.
  • Take ideas from Designers and transform them into detailed accurate final plans.
  • Draw rough and detailed scale plans (working drawings).
  • Layout and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer aided design (CAD) equipment and software.
  • Support the Design department and Project Coordinators with necessary drawings from Concept to handover.
  • Create technical drawing (furniture) for artisan.
  • Perform other related task as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • B.SC or HND in Architecture or any related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years experience.
  • Knowledge of Auto Cad is a must and knowledge of Sketch up or Revit is an added advantage.
