Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international industrial company, looking for Maintenance Engineers for its activities in Nigeria.
Job description
The maintenance Engineers will be in charge of administering and managing factory maintenance functions and ensuring that the machines are available for optimum utilization.
Responsibilities
* General maintenance of equipment and facilities of the production lines for the factory.
* Coordinate and supervise the activities of the maintenance department in the factory.
* Ensure smooth operation of specialised equipments.
* Ensure compliance with technical safety rules and regulations and also the Group specific rules for safety and health.
* Prepare reports on production and machines conditions.
* Ensure that all activities relating to this job are carried out in a manner that is both safe and environmentally friendly and also in conformity with the requirements of NIS – ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications et experience
* B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
* Minimum of 3 years engineering work experience.
* Must posses measurable success in a similar role.
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
* Good leadership skills.
* Good knowledge of industrial automation.
* Excellent technical skills and competence.
