We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
Gender : Female/Male
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Reporting to: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for assisting the BDM in managing the company s interactions with current and future customers, relate with the population, organize, synchronize sales, marketing, customer service and technical support.
Job Description
- Work with the team to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, improving customer lifetime value.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services of the company
- Interact with customers and partners to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Cross sell products more effectively.
- Help the BDM close deals faster.
- Simplify marketing and sales process by tracking end to end sales process.
- Discover new customers.
- To assist the BDM with ideas and further development of the CRM and Website leading to continuous improvement.
- Increase Company s revenues.
Qualification
- B.Sc, B.A, HND in any course preferably Engineering degree in telecom.
- Experience: 3 to5 years Sales/ Marketing/ Business development.
Skills
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
- Knowledge of sales and outstanding relationship building skill.
- Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of telecom solution product and services will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft application.
