We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Position: Head Human Resource & Admin

Job Location: South South/East

Job Requirement

  • Develop and maintain organizational structure.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform adequate planning of manpower.
  • Develop and maintain the HR and Admin Strategy in line Organizational Objective.
  • Manage staff career development and organizational training needs.
  • Supervises HR and Admin Unit.

 

Qualification

  • B.Sc in any Social Science, 2nd degree, ACIPM any other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 15 years experience.
