Job Position: Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

To Manage, Assist, Maintain, Monitor, the Managers itinerary and appointment, typing letters/filing/receiving mails and calls, coordinate correspondences/domestic orderliness, incoming and outgoing activities etc respectively. 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of B.SC degree in any field.
  • No experience but needs to be organized and orderly (Experienced could be an added advantage).
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Exhibits high moral standard and integrity.
  • Open to change and is flexible enough to accept various instructions.
  • Very presentable and well spoken.
  • Very resourceful.
  • Willing to work long hours and weekends (when required).
  • Fast in adapting and easily trainable
  • Smart and can calculate simple maths, good typing skills.
  • Can work under pressure and with targets.
  • Respectful and cultured, has leadership qualities.
  • Not a socialite and a bit introverted.
