Job description
a) Description of the SERVICE: The SERVICE consists to assist the Lead Package Document Controller for the management of technical documents, technical queries and correspondences related to EPCs Contracts, using PRODOM (Electronic Document Management Svstem) and to the maintenance of structured project documentation.
Specific Activities:
Receipt, quality check, dispatch and follow up of technical documentation issued by CONTRACTORS
Transmitting out of commented technical documents, and technical queries to CONTRACTORS Recording and internal distribution to concerned personnel via EDMS (Prodom) of incomingCorrespondences from CONTRACTORS such as : Letters, Minutes of Meeting, Reports ...
Assisting project team with EDMS (Prodom)
Ensure that Project document management procedures are followed by CONTRACTORS and COMPANY.
Job requirements
The execution of the SERVICE requires experienced specialists fluent in English
