Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited  is recruiting to fill :

Job Tittle: Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Sr. Engineer-Enterprise Customers 

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance of each enterprise customer.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports of up time, service availability, failures, service degradations and share the same report with the customer.
  • Escalate to the right people in case of service degradations
  • Study the RCA of service degradation and ensure that the recommendations given in RCA are implemented.
  • Maintain database for each customer & manage it.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma Engineer
  • Minimum 3 years for graduate engineer and 5 years for diploma engineers in the enterprise network operations, Performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of enterprise network architecture and technologies, customer complaint handling and resolving.
  • Database maintenance, Analytical and Presentation skills monitoring and reporting.
