We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facilities Officer

Job Code: FO
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Co-ordinating appropriate use of and maintaining office assets, third party properties and all facilities thereon; ensuring
  • compliance with safety regulations and efficiency in cost-savings through strategic property management.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' hands-on experience in a facilities management or estate organization.
  • B.Sc/HND in Estate Management or relevant course required.
  • Specific skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Team-player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Efficiency and diligence in time-bound situations.
  • Sense of responsibility and co-ordination.
  • Adept use of Microsoft Office tools.
