Advanced Concrete Technologies Ltd (ACT) provides comprehensive waterproofing and selected home aesthetics services. We specialize in the waterproofing of new and existing concrete structures to prevent them from mildew, leakages, capillary rise, fungus, leaching, staining and premature ageing. Our areas of specialty are foundation (DPC), basement, roof gutters, parapet walls, terrace waterproofing and every other cementitious surface. The key to our services is based on 3rd generation crystalline and hydrophobic and elastomeric based range of products from leading companies around the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • To facilitate the sales and marketing of construction chemicals
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports 
  • Providing management with feedback

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of degree in biochemistry, chemistry, Chemical engineering or science based degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
  • Presentation skills, Client Relationships, Prospecting Skills.
