OTP Internet Technology (9Credit)  is a dynamic Fin-Tech company in the lending industry. It provides simple access to loans to customers at any time and anywhere via an online seamless process.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We seek to urgently hire HR Manager to oversee our human resources and human affairs in accordance with the company’s objectives.
  • This involves taking ownership of HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development.

Job Description

  • Full Lifecycle recruiting
  • Training, counselling and coaching employees
  • Learning and Development Management
  • Conflict resolution and management.
  • Performance Review and Management
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Payroll management and administration
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

Specifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or other Business / Personnel related courses
  • An MSc OR MBA is an added advantage
  • Possession of CIPM, or other HR certifications is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years Human Resource experience
  • Ability to design and implement strategies and policies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization

Salary
N200,000 / month, gross.
