We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plating and Presentation Personnel

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure portioning of meals according to customer specifications and food safety guidelines
  • Ensure the right plate and utensil is used for each meal
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures, good hygiene and production practices.
  • Record the handling time and temperatures of all meals plated at the beginning and end of the process
  • Cling film, color code, and properly store all bulk items
  • Practice proper grooming, and personal hygiene, and use safety equipment.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 1-year experience.
