Milway Resources Limited (MILWAY) is a multi-faceted company licensed in Nigeria by the Department of Petroleum Resources to perform engineering services and procurement in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.

The company, aside from engineering and procurement also offers comprehensive engineering services in the areas of construction, industrial flooring and corrosion management/protective coating. In the area of procurement, the company has credited records in procurement of Oil and Gas equipment and accessories in the Nigerian Oil and gas Industry.

MILWAY is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Duties:

  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

 

Qualification:

  • A good university degree/HND in Engineering with 6-8 years experience in telecom and tunkey Projects.
